The smell of smoke is associated with fried meat by many. Let's cook juicy beef steaks today. On the grill, they turn out surprisingly tasty. Use a minimum amount of spices so as not to drown out the main flavor of the meat.
Ingredients
- Beef (steaks) – 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Lemon - 2 circle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the steaks and dry them with a paper towel.
Rub the mixture of peppers and salt in a mortar. Rub the resulting beef mixture on all sides and leave to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Put the steaks on the grill and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, turning the meat every 3-4 minutes.
Put the finished steaks on a serving board, add lemon slices and rosemary.
