A set of basic products, a little imagination and you will get an amazing meatloaf with pasta. It can be prepared for a holiday or just like that. The original snack will please everyone with excellent taste and unusual appearance.

Boil water, add 0.5 tsp salt, pasta and boil until tender. I advise you to follow the instructions from the manufacturer.

Put the pasta in a colander and rinse with running water.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.

Mix the minced meat, fried onion, egg, remaining salt, spices and garlic passed through the press.

Spread two layers of foil on the board. Lay out the minced meat in a rectangular layer about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Leaving the wide edges free, put the boiled pasta in the center.

Roll up the roll and fix the edges of the foil.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.

Carefully unwrap the foil and put the roll in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
