- Spinach - 300 g
- Leek - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Cream - 120 ml
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the leeks.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the leeks and fry for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
Add the prepared spinach and cream.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 minutes.
Transfer the resulting mass into the bowl of a blender, add salt, spices and grind to a homogeneous consistency.
