Can't boast of culinary experience? Don't worry, you can easily cook a classic julienne with mushrooms. Carefully read the recipe, prepare the ingredients, dishes and get down to business. In half an hour, the fragrant dish will be ready.

Ingredients

For Julien:
  • Mushrooms - 500 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 2 l
For the sauce:

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the mushrooms, pour cold water and boil for 10 minutes.

Flip into a colander and cool slightly.

Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it. Grate the cheese.

Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until transparent.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter separately in a small saucepan.

Add flour and fry for 1.5-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add cream, nutmeg, salt and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.

Put the fried mushrooms in a greased form.

Add the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
