Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms and peeled onion.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Pour in the mushrooms and cook until all the moisture evaporates.
Add the fillets and continue to fry everything together for 10 minutes. If necessary, add more oil.
Pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with flour, pour in cream and simmer on low heat for another 3 minutes.
Arrange the workpiece in greased cocotnice and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
