Traditional Moroccan tea is famous for its rich aroma and rich taste. The main role here is played by spices, for example, cinnamon. Ideally, Moroccan tea is prepared in a special teapot with two compartments. But you can do with an ordinary teapot.
Ingredients
- Water - 1 l
- Green Tea - 2 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1-2 sticks
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Mint - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
Tear off the mint leaves.
Send all the ingredients to the teapot.
Pour boiling water over the tea and let it brew for 10 minutes.
