Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 40 g
- Cream (10 %) – 3 art.l.
- Sugar - to taste
- Lavender (dry flowers) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop dried lavender flowers in a blender.
Pour ground coffee into the turk, pour cold water and boil for 2 minutes.
Gently drain the coffee into the cappuccino machine.
Add lavender, sugar, cream and whisk.
