- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Lime juice - 1 tsp.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Corn flour - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onion, garlic and herbs in a blender.
Soak the chickpeas overnight, and in the morning rinse and also chop with a blender.
Mix both masses and add all the spices with lime juice.
Form falafel balls, roll in corn flour and deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
