You can add not only different legumes to falafel, but also all kinds of seeds with seeds. I suggest this option with sesame seeds – even tastier and healthier than the classic one. You can fry falafel balls or small cutlets – as it is more convenient.
Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Sesame - 5 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chickpeas overnight, rinse and grind with a blender.
Separately chop the onion, garlic, chili and herbs, and mix everything together.
Add spices and half of sesame seeds, and mix again.
Mix the remaining sesame seeds with the crackers. Form falafel balls and roll in this mixture.
Fry the falafel in plenty of oil for 3-4 minutes.
