Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Sprats - 1 bank
- Onion - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l .
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash them into mashed potatoes, set aside to cool.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Put the sprats in a bowl and crush them with a fork, then add the onion and mix.
Put a layer of mashed potatoes on a plate, put a little sprat and onion filling on top.
Cover with a second layer of mashed potatoes and form a small patty. In this way, blind all the zrazy.
Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve immediately, hot.
