Are you planning to have a great dinner and invite guests? Bake the pollock fillets in the oven. The dish is surprisingly quick and simple. Literally half an hour of time and there is already a mountain of delicious fish in front of you!
Ingredients
- Pollock (fillet) – 1 kg
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Dill - 3 twigs
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash pollock fillets under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fish into medium-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, drizzle with oil and mix.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, turn on the oven to warm up. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork with salt and ground black pepper.
Finely chop the dill, mix with breadcrumbs and put it in a deep bowl.
Dip each piece of pollock first in an egg, and then roll it from all sides in breadcrumbs.
Put the fish on a baking sheet and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
