Fried potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker can be an excellent alternative to frying in a frying pan. Use fresh or frozen mushrooms.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them randomly into small pieces. For uniform roasting, the pieces should be the same size.
Wash the mushrooms and peel the onions, chop everything. If the mushrooms are frozen, it is better to fry them separately and add them to the potatoes almost at the very end.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil in a slow cooker, setting the "Frying" mode, for 15 minutes, stirring.
Add chopped onion and mushrooms, as well as salt, pepper and any spices to taste. Fry for another 15 minutes, covering the bowl with a lid between stirring.
Serve ready potatoes with mushrooms hot, with fresh fragrant herbs.
