An omelet is always prepared very quickly and simply with milk. Literally 10 minutes and a healthy dish is ready. For frying, I advise you to use a heavy frying pan with a thick bottom - in it the omelet will turn out lush, beautiful and will not burn.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 5 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for submission) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Stir the eggs with a fork or lightly whisk with a whisk.
Add salt, warm milk and mix well.
Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with butter. Warm it up well.
Pour in the egg mass, spread evenly over the surface with inclined movements and cook for 1 minute.
When the edges of the omelet are gripped, and the middle remains still liquid, turn down the heat, cover with a lid and cook for another 4 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the diameter of the pan.
Put the finished omelet on a plate and garnish with herbs.
