Cooking chicken breast so that the meat is juicy and tender is quite difficult. The batter helps to keep the meat from drying out, the main thing is that the chicken pieces are not very large. This dish can be served both hot and cold.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – as needed
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chicken breast fillet cut into thin slices across the fibers.
Transfer the blanks to a large bowl.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add salt, pepper, seasonings and 3 yolks to the meat, mix well. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Just before frying, add the starch and mix again.
3 whisk the protein with a mixer until stable peaks.
Dip each piece of meat in the whipped protein and put it in a hot frying pan with preheated oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
