Ingredients
- Semolina - 120 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Butter - 30 g

- Strawberries (for submission) – 4 berries
- Basil (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add salt and sugar.
Pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring continuously with a spoon clockwise.
Cook the porridge for 3 minutes, stirring intensively in one direction.
Turn off, add butter and mix.
Wrap the pan with a warm towel for 20 minutes. When serving, add basil and chopped strawberries to a plate with ready-made porridge.
