Ingredients
- New potatoes - 1 kg
- Thyme - halfpuchka
- Garlic - half a head
- Sea salt (large) – to taste
- Olive oil - 30 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the new potatoes, dry them thoroughly and put them in a bowl.
Add oil, salt and mix. Leave the potatoes for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Divide the garlic into cloves, but do not peel.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and lay out the potatoes.
Spread the garlic cloves evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. The time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes.
Turn off the oven, spread the thyme sprigs over the potatoes and leave everything together for 10 minutes.
