Cottage cheese casserole can be prepared in different ways. Some people like simple recipes with a minimal set of ingredients, others like more complex options with original additives. This casserole with apples can be attributed to the simplest.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - half a glass
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Semolina - 2 art.l.
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cottage cheese with an immersion blender.
Add vanilla sugar, sour cream and mix until smooth.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
Mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, semolina and melted butter. Leave a little oil to lubricate.
Wash the apples, dry them and cut them into thin slices.
Grease the mold with butter and put the curd mass.
Stick the apple slices into the workpiece, forming a circle.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
