A very tasty casserole can be made from rice and minced meat. The recipe is surprisingly simple and will appeal even to novice cooks. Cook rice specially for this dish or use the remains of yesterday's porridge.
Ingredients
- Fig (boiled) – 300 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 glass
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and continue cooking, kneading the lumps with a spatula.
Season the finished minced meat with salt, pepper and mix well.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper, salt and warm milk.
Put half of the rice in a greased form.
Put a uniform layer of minced meat on top.
Cover with the remaining rice, pour the egg-milk mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
