Even a simple chicken fillet can be cooked very tasty and beautifully. I love this recipe for its brightness and flavor. Especially if you add a little fresh fragrant herbs, like parsley, cilantro or basil, when serving.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Olives - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Wine (dry white) – 70 ml
- Thyme (or dry herbs) – 1 bundle
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and lightly fry them until golden.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Place lemon slices and sliced olives on top.
In the same way, arrange the garlic cloves and sprinkle the chicken with chopped thyme or dry herbs.
Mix the juice of the second lemon with dry white wine, add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour marinade over the chicken and bake in the oven for up to 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
