Have you tried cooking beef goulash in a slow cooker? The miracle technique simplifies the process and always pleasantly surprises with the results. The meat turns out to be very soft. Even if you don't have any culinary experience, you will cope with the task perfectly!
Ingredients
- Beef - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 180 ml
- Smalets - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
Peel onion and garlic, chop.
Lubricate the bottom and sides of the bowl of the slow cooker with lard. Turn on the "Frying" mode. Pour in the beef and fry until golden brown.
Add the onion and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in the tomato sauce, squeeze the garlic through the press and cook for another 5 minutes.
Mix warm water with flour so that there are no lumps.
Pour the resulting mixture into the bowl of a slow cooker, add salt and turn on the "Quenching" mode for 40 minutes.
