Casserole with bell pepper, tomatoes and hunting sausages
I really like to experiment with casseroles. Almost every time I try to add a new ingredient and change something. Thanks to my persistent search, I managed to find a new perfect recipe. I'll tell you about it today!
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Hunting sausages - 300 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - halfpuchka
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l.
- Cream (25% fat content) – 100 ml
- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 80 g
- Olive oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 art.l.
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the hunting sausages, tomatoes, parsley and peeled bell pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan.
Add the nutmeg, flour and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in warm cream, milk, stir and continue to cook until thickened.
Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Mix the sausages, bell peppers, tomatoes, parsley and garlic passed through the press.
Put the mass into a mold greased with olive oil.
Pour the prepared sauce, cover with foil and send it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
