Chicken fillet cooked in cream with peas and corn turns out tender and soft. Cream is better to choose medium or low fat content, so that the dish does not turn out to be too high in calories. Peas and corn are easiest to use frozen.

- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Cream (15%) – 150 ml
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it from excess water. Cut into small pieces, simultaneously cutting off all the excess.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the chicken pieces. You can immediately add salt and spices. Stir the chicken and fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add frozen peas and corn. Stir and wait for another 3 minutes.
Pour in the cream, stir and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. If the liquid boils, you can add a little cream or water (broth).
Serve the finished chicken meat hot or warm, with fresh fragrant herbs.
