When I come across a good piece of pork in the market, I definitely cook vegetable stew with it. This dish is eaten with pleasure by all the household, and I am also pleased that it is very easy to cook it. I'm telling you a proven recipe!

Rinse pork under running water, dry with paper towels and cut.

Make cross-shaped incisions at the base of tomatoes, scald with boiling water, peel and slice.

Chop the champignons, peeled onions and potatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry for 7-10 minutes. Stir until the meat is evenly browned on all sides.

Add onion, carrot, allspice and ground bay leaf. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the meat in a deep saucepan, pour in hot water and cook for half an hour after boiling.

Fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil.

Pour potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms into a saucepan with pork. Simmer everything together for 15 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and turn off the heat.

Serve the dish hot, sprinkling with finely chopped parsley.
