For a special occasion, I have a great recipe for chicken chops. It's very simple, and the result is always amazing. You will need a piece of fillet, spicy mustard, a little cognac and of course your good mood!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Cognac - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap, beat it with a hammer, season with salt and pepper.
In a separate container, mix mustard and cognac.
Brush the chops with the resulting mixture, cover with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for half an hour.
Beat the egg lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Pour the sifted flour on a wide plate. Roll the chops in it.
Then dip them in egg batter and put them in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve the chops hot. Enjoy your meal!
