I have tried many recipes for cutlets, but they tasted best from my grandmother. Many years later, I still remember their taste and aroma. Potatoes, raw onion and garlic are added to the stuffing. Try it and you will cook these wonderful rustic cutlets!
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 500 g
- Potatoes - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for roasting) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel onion, garlic and finely chop.
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
Mix the minced meat, potatoes, sour cream, egg, onion and garlic.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, ground pepper and mix well again.
Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands and put them in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
