- Pork liver - 1 kg
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pork liver into small pieces, put it in a bowl and pour cold water for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, put the liver on a board and pat it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it. You can use a blender or a meat grinder.
Mix liver, onion, spices, soy sauce, oil and salt in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Put the liver on skewers and fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
