Have you tried baking chops with bacon? Believe me, a fragrant additive is not superfluous here at all. I add the bacon 10 minutes before the end, so that it has time to brown slightly, but not burn. I share the details in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Pork - 600 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the bacon. Grate the hard cheese and parmesan on a grater.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil, smear with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with bacon and continue cooking for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished chops with grated Parmesan.
