Pilaf with chicken and champignons in a slow cooker

You can quickly cook meat pilaf only with chicken. This time I decided to add some more mushrooms. It turned out to be a hearty, appetizing and flavorful dish. Be sure to use two types of oil, the taste will be richer and more diverse.
Ingredients
- Fig - 2 glasses
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 40 g
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 4 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms, carrots and peeled onions.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet until golden brown.
Add the onion and carrot and continue to fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add butter, mushrooms and spices. Fry for 12-15 minutes.
Pour in the washed rice, pour in hot water and salt.
Close the lid and turn on the "Extinguishing" program for 30 minutes.
