- Potatoes - 800 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Corn oil - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry and cut into slices.
Add salt, herbs of Provence, ground pepper and corn oil.
Stir, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry for 20-25 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently every 4-5 minutes.
