Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Yogurt - 100 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Vanillin - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the gelatin according to the instructions for 10-15 minutes.
Whisk cottage cheese with a blender, add yogurt and whisk again.
Add vanilla and sugar substitute, slowly add gelatin and mix everything.
Put the mousse in glasses and let it freeze in the refrigerator.
