Ingredients
For the dough:
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 350 g
- Flour - 400 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife

- Sour cream - 350 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and sour cream, beat with a mixer.
Add butter, baking powder and sifted flour. Mix the dough until smooth.
Pour the dough in small portions into a greased frying pan and fry the cakes until ready on both sides.
Whisk sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Chop the nuts in a blender.
Assemble the sour cream in a rustic way, generously greasing the cakes with prepared cream.
Smear the remnants of the cream on top, sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
