Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Cream (30%) – 400 ml
- Vanillin - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the gooseberry tails, add a little water and stew the berry until soft.
Grind the gooseberries through a sieve.
Whisk the yolks with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Mix the milk and cream, heat without bringing to a boil, and pour into the yolks.
Stir and boil the workpiece over low heat until thickened, stirring.
Mix with gooseberry puree, put in molds and send the ice cream to the freezer.
