Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin and corn grits

Have you ever tried to cook cottage cheese casserole with corn grits? It gives it an interesting flavor, texture and a beautiful golden hue. And to make the dish even more original, this time we will add pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Pumpkin (mashed potatoes) – 250 g
- Corn groats (shallow) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare pumpkin puree in advance and grind it with a blender with cottage cheese.
Add eggs, spices to taste and corn grits, and leave the preparation for 10-15 minutes.
Put the curd mass in the bowl of a slow cooker and cook in the "Baking" mode for about an hour.
