Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse pork under running water, dry with paper towels and cut.

Grate carrots on a fine grater, chop mushrooms and peeled onions.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Add the champignons and cook until the moisture has completely evaporated.

Separately fry the pork in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add cumin, black pepper, 1.5 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

In a deep saucepan, transfer the fried mushrooms, meat, salt and washed rice. Pour in the remaining water and simmer for half an hour under the lid.

Insist the finished dish under the lid for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
