Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Horseradish (grated) – 3 tsp.
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Kvass - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and potatoes until tender.
Rub the yolks with sour cream and horseradish, add 200 ml of kvass and mix.
Finely chop the remaining ingredients and mix with this dressing.
Season as desired and pour the okroshka with kvass.
