- Tilapia - 600 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Basil - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the tilapia fillet and put it in a mold.
Pour dry rice around, fill with water and pour oil into the same place.
Add the halved cherries and chopped basil.
Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes under a lid or under foil.
