- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Yogurt - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 15 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with vanilla sugar and rub it with cottage cheese.
Add yogurt and salt, mix.
Add semolina, mix again and leave for 10-15 minutes, if there is time.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake the casserole in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
