- Vegetable oil - 25 ml
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 5 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake eggplants with pepper in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Put the vegetables in a bag for 10 minutes, peel them and pass them through a meat grinder.
Chop the chili, garlic, parsley and onion in a blender, mix everything together and pour in the oil.
Add sugar and salt, boil the aivar for 20 minutes on low heat, pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterile jars.
