Ingredients
- Grapes (Isabella) – 2 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the grapes, remove the berries from the bunches and place in a saucepan.
With the help of a pusher, crush the grapes thoroughly.
Boil the resulting mass for 2 minutes after boiling.
Cool and wipe through a sieve. This will get rid of the peel and seeds.
Pour the grape puree into a saucepan with a thick bottom and add sugar.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Add citric acid and after 5 minutes spread it out in sterilized jars.
