I often prepare drinks from berries and fruits. Often in our house there is raspberry juice. Unlike juice, it is less saturated and thick. Through trial and error, I picked up the perfect, in my opinion, consistency. Try it, maybe you'll like it too!
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1,5 kg
- Sugar - 180 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the raspberries and rinse them under running water.
Put the berries through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
Add sugar, water and boil for 3 minutes. Cool the finished morse and put it in the refrigerator.
