Fish broth in a slow cooker is prepared even easier and faster than in a saucepan. You don't need to follow anything at all – it's enough to prepare the ingredients correctly. I tell you how to do it and what to pay attention to.
Ingredients
- Fish - 600 g
- Water - 2,5 l
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- White pepper - 8 peas
- Dill - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and clean the fish, and put it in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Add a whole onion and chopped carrots, salt, pepper and bay leaf to the same place.
Fill everything with water so that it completely covers the fish.
Cook for 1.5 hours in stew mode. Remove the onion and lavrushka.
The broth turns out to be transparent, and there is very little foam – it will go away when straining. When serving, garnish the broth with dill.
