Today I want to share a rather successful recipe for apple jam-five minutes with the addition of lemon. The delicacy is cooked for a short time, your participation requires minimal, but it turns out delicious and fragrant, with a pleasant unobtrusive sourness.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples, peel and peel the seeds, cut into thin slices. Place the prepared apples in a cooking bowl, cover with sugar and leave to form juice for 2 hours.
Then put the bowl on the fire, bring to a boil, add 2-3 slices of lemon, boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Leave the jam to cool completely (usually it takes at least 2-3 hours).
Bring the jam to a boil again, add another 2-3 slices of lemon and boil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly and cool. Store the cooled apple jam in a cool dark place.
