- Apricots - 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apricots and put them in sterilized jars.
Cover them with sugar and pour boiling water over them.
Cover with a lid, leave for 10 minutes and drain the water into a saucepan.
Boil it again, pour over the apricots and roll it up.
