Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1,5 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and mash with your hands.
Chop carrots, bell peppers, garlic, herbs and chili as small as possible. Add to the cabbage and stir.
Add coriander, turmeric and other spices there, and mix the salad again.
Boil water and dissolve sugar in it.
Arrange the salad in sterilized jars, pour vinegar and pour hot water. Roll up immediately.
