Ingredients
- Cherry - 2 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherries and soak them in salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain the water, rinse the cherry again.
Cover the colander with a double layer of gauze, lay out the cherries and mash with a masher.
Gather the edges of the gauze and squeeze the juice well.
Add sugar and boil for 15 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and roll up.
