Ingredients
- Pear - 400 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the pears and put them in a clean, dry jar.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
Drain this water and add sugar and citric acid to it.
Bring to a boil again and pour into a jar.
