Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice until transparent, put it in a saucepan with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, add vinegar and sugar. Stir and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices.
Moisten your hands in acidified water, put 1.5 tablespoons of rice in the palm of your hand and form an oval-shaped lump.
Put a piece of salmon on top and press lightly.
