If you like legumes, I suggest experimenting with their combinations. This time I mixed frozen green peas and canned chickpeas in one soup-puree. And what happened to them – you will find out further.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth (or water) – 1 l
- Peas (frozen) – 300 g
- Chickpeas (canned) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chopped onion, chili, garlic and chopped parsley for just a couple of minutes.
Bring the broth to a boil and add the green peas.
After 2 minutes, add the roast and boil everything together for 10 minutes.
Add chickpeas, boil a little more and chop the soup with a blender.
