Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 200 g
- Meat broth - 1.5 l
- Smoked meat - 250 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chopped peas in advance for an hour.
Pour the broth over it and cook for 30 minutes.
Add smoked meats and randomly chopped vegetables. Cook for another 20-30 minutes.
Take out the smoked meat and chop it for serving. Beat the soup with a blender.
Separately fry the bacon until browned. Sprinkle the soup on top.
