Apples with condensed milk for winter
The most delicate applesauce with condensed milk is an excellent preparation for families with children. You can use any apples: if they are sour, reduce or exclude citric acid from the list of ingredients. Serve apple puree with pancakes, fritters, pancakes and cheesecakes.
Ingredients
- Apples - 500 g
- Condensed milk - 200 ml
- Citric acid - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into small pieces.
To prevent the apples from darkening, sprinkle them with a small amount of citric acid.
Place the prepared apples in a cooking pot, pour hot water and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Remove the workpiece from the heat.
If the apple mass turns out to be too liquid when boiling, drain a little water, and vice versa.
Using a blender, beat the hot billet to a homogeneous puree.
Add condensed milk, stir and simmer on low heat under the lid for about 10 minutes.
Pour boiling applesauce into pre-sterilized small jars, immediately seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
